Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey completed on July 1, 2022 that PRN Medical Staffing of Lewistown had corrected the deficiency cited under with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced, onsite state relicensure and complaint investigation survey completed on May 4, 2022.
